Fk99 Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

Fk99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "fk99", or "the Platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions apply automatically whenever you use our website fk99.biz or any associated mobile app to access our services.

Fk99 sends a confirmation message for every bet placed. A bet is considered valid only upon receipt of a confirmation message. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, it will be deemed void and the stake will be refunded.

• For pre-match bets, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Live betting uses real-time odds that may change at any moment.
• Fk99 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in the odds is identified.

If a match is cancelled, the full stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. The same applies if a match is suspended and does not resume within 48 hours. For cricket, the result determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be considered final.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are verified before being credited to your fk99 balance.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Fk99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any unusual transactions.

Fk99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be read carefully before claiming.

• The required wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to cash balance.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the bonus offer expires.

The welcome bonus for new members requires a minimum first deposit of ৳ 1,000. A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus applies once only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fk99 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software for betting.

• Fraudulently claiming bonuses or attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
